1. Player cancellations
Your refund depends on how much notice you give:
- 48 hours or more before the session: full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before: no refund.
When you cancel through the Platform, the refund is triggered for you.
2. GM cancellations
If a GM cancels, every booked player gets a full refund. It doesn't matter why the GM cancelled.
3. GM no-shows
If a GM doesn't run the session they advertised, every booked player gets a full refund. We also record the no-show against the GM's reliability record.
GMs get a 10-minute grace period from the scheduled start time before we treat the session as a no-show.
4. Player no-shows
If you miss a session you booked, we don't issue a refund. We'll review a request if there's clear evidence something on our side was at fault.
Players get the same 10-minute grace period.
5. Session not as described
If a session differs materially from what was advertised (for example, a different game system, missing safety tools, or undisclosed content), contact us within 48 hours. We'll review the report and may issue a full or partial refund.
6. Table Captain bookings
Refund rules apply to the whole booking. The Table Captain owns all the seats they reserve, so they handle cancellations for individual guests — sixsided doesn't.
7. Credits
Sometimes we'll offer Platform credit instead of cash back. Credits don't expire, and you can spend them on any future booking.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, email support@sixsided.quest. We'll review the case and reply within 5 working days.
